If you suspect your hardware device may be faulty, please lodge a support ticket outlining the fault you're experiencing. Please include as much detail as possible, including the model, when it was purchased, what hardware it is being used with, and any steps that can be taken to recreate the fault.
We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you, and if that is unsuccessful, we may request the product be returned to us for evaluation and repair (if possible).
